Pie Mix - Pecan 25 lb
You would think it was made from scratch! This pecan pie mix is not to sweet, just right to finish off your meal, served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
Pecan Pie Directions:
2 oz Pecans
1 lb Pecan Pie Mix
8 oz Hot Water
Put ½ cup pecans (2 oz) in the bottom of a 9" unbaked pie shell. Place 2 cups (1 lb) pecan pie mix in a mixing bowl and add 4 oz hot water. Mix until uniform, then scrape the bowl. Add remaining water slowly, then mix for approximately 4 minutes on low speed. Pour mix over pecans. Bake at 375° for 35 - 40 minutes or until center of pie is firmly set.
