Cake Mix - Angel Food GML 25 LB
Make a heavenly cake in minutes with the help of this easy to use cake mix. Simply add water you will have a light and fluffy cake that tastes as if it were made from scratch!
Recipe: Place 1-1/3 cups cold water in bowl then add 1 lb mix. Blend with a wire whip 1 minute on low speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Whip on high speed to a soft peak (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour batter into ungreased 10 " angel food pan or spread into a sheet pan with parchment liner. Bake 35 min at 350º F. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven, invert and let cool completely.
