Cake Mix - New England Crumb Cake BNJ
Combine 1 lb mix, 4-3/4 oz eggs and 2 oz sour cream. Mix 1 minute on low speed and then 3 more minutes on medium speed. Add 4 oz oil and 3-1/4 oz water. Mix one minute on low speed. Scrape down and mix 2 more minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 – 375 º F for 30-35 minutes or until done.
