All-natural provolone cheese wedges coated in a unique Italian Breading, a special blend of Italian spices and flavors.
Deep Frying: Preheat oil to 350º F. Cook for 2 minutes or until brown. Let stand 30 seconds before serving. Season to taste and serve. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160ºF.
