FZ Appetizers - Jalapeño Poppers
We fill jalapeño halves with creamy Cheddar Cheese and coat them with our specially formulated potato coating for a unique crisp combination then par-fry them to perfection.
KEEP FROZEN
CONVENTIONAL OVEN FROM THAWED: Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange on a baking sheet 1" apart in a single layer. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange peppers on baking sheet 1" apart in a single layer and bake for 5 minutes. Turn product and bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
DEEP-FRY FROM FROZEN: Preheat fryer oil to 360ºF. Cook for 3-1/2 minutes or until brown.
Not intended for the microwave oven. Caution - cheese filling will be very hot. Allow to cool 1 to 2 minutes before eating. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160ºF.
