Round Mozzarella Cheese coated in our unique Italian Breading, a special blend of Italian spices and flavors and par-fried, ready for the oven.
Deep Fry: Preheat fryer oil to 360º F. Cook for 2 minutes or until brown. Let stand 30 seconds before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425° F. Bake for 7-1/2 minutes, minimal internal temperature of 160º F.
