Soup Mix - PA Dutch Corn Noodle
Recipe
Water 2 ½ cups
Pa Dutch Corn Noodle Soup Mix ¾ cup
Egg (hard boiled, diced) 1 each
Chicken (cooked, diced) 1 cup
Instructions:
Combine water and Pa Dutch Corn Noodle Soup Mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add diced egg and cooked diced chicken.
Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Check seasonings and serve.
