Soup Mix - Hearty

Recipe
Water 8 cups
Natural Hearty Soup Mix 1 ½ cups
Carrots (diced) 2 cups
Celery (diced) 2 cups
Cabbage (diced) 2 cups
Tomatoes (diced) 4 cups
Beef Base 2 Tbsp
Ground Beed (cooked and drained) 1 lb

Instructions:
Combine water and Natural Hearty Soup Mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 45 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add carrots, celery, cabbage, tomatoes, drained cooked ground beef and beef base to the soup pot.
Simmer an additional 20 minutes, stirring frequently, being careful to avoid scorching soup.
Remove from heat.
Check seasonings and serve.
