Soup Mix - Creamy Mushroom
Recipe
Water 1 ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix ¾ cup
Heavy Cream (optional) ¾ cup
Instructions:
Combine water, milk and Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix in a saucepan.
Using a wire whisk, stir well over medium heat and bring to a simmer but do not boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, being careful to avoid scorching soup.
If using heavy cream add at this time. Stir until incorporated.
Remove from heat, cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Check seasonings and serve.
