Soup Mix - Cream of Potato
Recipe
Water or Milk 2 ½ cup
Cream of Potato Soup Mix 1 cup
Instructions:
Combine water or milk and Cream of Potato Soup Mix in a saucepan.
Using a wire whisk, stir well over medium heat and bring to a simmer but do not boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, being careful to avoid scorching soup.
Remove from heat, cover and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Check seasonings and serve.
