Muffin Mix - Blueberry
Try this yummy Blueberry Muffin Mix anytime. Just add water, mix and bake. Serve with breakfast, tea parties, school lunches or an afternoon snack. This muffin is delicious served with any meal.
Directions:
Mix 1-2/3 lb of mix with 1 cup water. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds. Bake at 400 º F in greased muffin tins for approximately 15-18 minutes. Makes approximately 12-14 muffins.
