Mix - Chicken Coating
Directions:
1. Dip chicken into water or milk. Remove it and allow the excess fluid to
flow off the surface of the chicken.
2. Roll and press chicken into the breading mix.
3. Fry at 330°F to 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Chicken must be cooked to an
internal temperature of 165°F.
