Mix - Brownie
Directions:
Pour 2-1/2 cups warm water into mixer bowl and add 5 lbs brownie mix. Blend 1 minute on low speed using paddle. Scrape bowl and paddle. Blend on low speed 1 minute. Spread batter into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. For cake type brownies for each 5 lbs of mix use 2 cups water, 4 eggs. Mix and bake as above.
