Maple Syrup - Quarts WC

Maple syrup is made from the sap of sugar maple, red maple or black maple trees. Maples are usually tapped beginning between 30 and 40 years of age. Each tree can support between one and tree taps, depending on its trunk diameter. The average maple tree will produce between 9 to 13 gallons of sap per season.
