FZ Cinnamon Roll - Individual Pucks
These rolls are individually frozen making it easy to prepare one or a dozen.
DO NOT CONSUME RAW DOUGH
Instructions 1: Place the frozen pucks on a baking pan in the refrigerator overnight. Make sure to cover the pucks with plastic wrap. In the morning pre-heat, your oven to 200 ºF and then turn the oven off. Place the covered pucks in the oven and let proof until you have met the desired height. This could take approximately 60 minutes. Once proofed, bake in the oven at 320 ºF for approximately 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 195 ºF.
