Directions:
Oven: Preheat oven to 450º F. Arrange gems in a single layer on sheet pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Deep Fryer: Preheat fryer to 345º F. Fill basket half full. Deep fry for 3 minutes.

Potatoes, vegetable oil (soybean, canola, cottonseed and/or sunflower), contains less than 2% of dextrose, sea salt, disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (to maintain natural color).
