An Instant Pudding that mixes with cold milk. Has the home-cooked lemon pudding flavor that you remember as a kid.
Directions: Combine ¾ cup mix with 2 cups cold milk and mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Great as a dessert, cream pie or ingredient in a parfait.
